mcfriskI've now been using yocto for 10 years and following community and mailing list, but seem to miss completely the details of project side build and test automation bits, how things get tested for a release. kanavinRP: so do I need to do something, or will you fix the relocation?15:21
kanavin(the last two messages make me unsure :)15:22
RPkanavin: I've just debugged the problem, I've not started on any kind of solution15:23
abelloniRP: I was going to open a bug for this issue, should I ?15:24
RPabelloni: probably, yes. I don't think anyone has a fix immediately ready15:24
kanavinRP: I have an idea for a fix15:27
kanavinRP: runqemu runs pkg-config thusly:15:27
kanavin            dripath = subprocess.check_output("PATH=/bin:/usr/bin:$PATH pkg-config --variable=dridriverdir dri", shell=True, env=env)15:27
kanavine.g. bypassing the buildtools15:27
kanavinbut the test doesn't do that, and so pkg-config from buildtools gets in the way15:28
kanavinshould we rather bring the test in sync with runqemu?15:28

rburtonand that PROVIDES is redundant if its the recipe name17:28
rburtoni'd do bitbake myrecipe -C unpack and see what happens17:28
rburtonbut i wonder if rm_work is breaking as its not meant to be included per-recipe, afaik17:29
RPI was wondering about rm_work too17:29
RPtry removing that17:29
RPrburton: you can have a version in DEPENDS, it just doesn't do anything17:29
ecdhe`bitbake -c listtasks myrecipe` didn't show rm_work until I inherited that17:30
rburtonecdhe: you usually inherit it in local.conf or similar17:31

ecdhemy local.conf doesn't contain an inherit or "rm_work" syntax17:34
