AdrianFRP: When I tried to test "bitbake-setup update" it crashed with ValueError: I/O operation on closed file. But now it works. (But I don't like the user experience)08:17

SaurRP: While I of course can do that, it does sound a bit odd since the error (at least from my point of view) is in the upstream code. I had another idea of how to solve it without having  to modify the `packagegroup.bbclass`. I can add a couple of lines to the anonymous python function in `insane.bbclass` (that already exists) and make it add a postfunc for the `package` task if `packagegroup` is inherited. Still not perfect, but at least13:06
Saurit keeps all the knowledge of the QA test to one bbclass. Alternatively, if it is possible to easily tell if a specific task (`configure` in this case) exists for a recipe, it could check that instead, which would remove the need to know that it is the `packagegroup` bblcass that is problematic and make it more generic.13:06

abluFigured out the sstate problem. It was the parser cache... Something got stuck there and wiping it made all the hashes align. Unfortunately I do not have the broken state anymore to investigate how it got stuck...17:55
