| fray | Interesting observation. I have a kernel module someone reported contained TMPDIR and just wanted to exclude the build-paths from the QA checking. I went in and investigated further. THey turned on some sort of kernel features that enabled a whole bunch of debug configurations and settings. Looking at the .S it's placed in the .Lubsan_data0 with full filename. Resulting in the TMPDIR error. Google says that .Lubsan is only inserted when sanitization is enabled.
